Static and Lint Problems and Solutions:
Cause: Detergent Charge Too Low
Solution: Check charge and add proper amount of detergent to bring charge to proper amount.
Cause: Improper Classification of Garments
Solution: Classify garments to prevent cleaning lights and darks together.
Cause: Wheel is Not Properly Grounded
Solution: Check to make sure back of wheel is grounded to water line or to a pipe into the ground... If wheel is grounded to the water line, you also need to make sure there is no PVC pipe fitting which will cause the line to not ground.
Cause: Pump on Detergent Injector Not Operating Properly
Solution: Re-calibrate and test pump.
Cause: Detergent pump is not receiving the proper signal from the machine causing no detergent to be injected (or injection does not happen when expected)
Solution: Physically watch pump to make sure it injects during the cycle that it is supposed to pump into.
Cause: The tubing on the suction side of the pump has become hard and does not seal properly to the tubing of the pump.
Solution: Replace or tighten the tubing. If you only tighten the tubing, you will probably have to replace it soon.
Cause: Overloaded wheel with clothes and the solvent level is too low
Solution: Raise the solvent level to high level and load to manufacturer's recommendation as a maximum.
